1. PAYMENT POLICY

For individual orders, customers can choose COD payment when receiving goods, transfer when ordering.

2. WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty 1 to 1 exchange in 7 days defective goods caused by the manufacturer

Cases of Returns

  • Damaged products due to manufacturer's error, supply (damage, lack of some details according to the standard announced by the manufacturer, technical error ...).
  • The product is severely damaged (bottle tank, broken cap due to the transport process of the carrier).
  • Product has expired.
  • The product does not have a clear label
  • Goods do not match the type and model in the ordered order or as on the website at the time of ordering.
  • Not enough quantity, not enough set as in the order.
  • External conditions are affected such as packaging tear, peeling, broken ...
  • All exchanges and returns must have a retail invoice to be valid.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • The product is past the return date (07 days from the date of receipt).
  • The product has been removed from the label.
  • Product has been used.
  • Packaging, product box is damaged or scratched due to customer's fault.
  • The customer loses or tears the retail invoice attached to the order.

Return Policy Time

TTC – FRA supports return and exchange within 07 days from the date of delivery from the carrier to the customer.

Customers need to notify TTC-FRA of the reason they want to return, along with the information of the person who directly placed the order (Name, phone number, address, order code, email,...). Customers can notify via Customer Support Center Hotline or Messenger on Fanpage and Website TTC - FRA.

How to Return

  • Step 1: As soon as you receive the goods, please check the goods before confirming with the carrier. If the product has the above errors (in the return policy section), you can return the goods with the reason of returning the goods immediately to the shipping staff.
  • Step 2: In case you have received the goods and are still within the return period, you can notify TTC – FRA of the problems via the Support Center or Messenger on the website.
  • Step 3: TTC – FRA will confirm your new order within 3 working days after receiving your feedback (Excluding Sunday). Returned products are exactly the same as the products you ordered, do not exchange products that are not of the same type. In case of out of stock or not enough quantity to return, TTC- FRA will refund to you in a form mutually agreed upon by both parties.

3. REFUND POLICY

TTC – FRA will refund the customer's account, can refund in the form of wire transfer or cash payment according to the mutual agreement of the customer and TTC - FRA

4. PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand how TTC - FRA website collects and uses your personal information through your use of the website, including any information that may be provided through the website when you Customers register for an account, subscribe to receive communications from us, or when you purchase products or services, request additional service information from us.

5. SHIPPING POLICY

TTC – FRA provides nationwide delivery service.

Delivery Time And Frame:

  • Delivery time: TTC - FRA supports delivery from Monday to Saturday every week.
  • Delivery time frame: Delivery time frame of shipping units will start from 08:00 to 22:00 pm.

Transport fee:

  • Freeship all orders within Hanoi city.
  • Hanoi inner city : 1 day after order confirmation
  • Outside of Hanoi City: 2-3 days after order confirmation.
  • Other provinces and cities. Hanoi : 5-6 days after order confirmation.
